Invoices are mailed via U.S. Mail to you unless you are using a credit card - Payment is due within Seven (7) days from the day of the month you signed up. Service interruption will occur if payments are late. **FAILURE TO RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE DOES NOT WAIVE YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY** If you have not received your bill, please call or email billing@avolve.net to verify your address. Payments can be made by check, money order or credit card (Visa , M/C, Discover, Amex) or PayPal. An automated email is sent five (5) days prior to deactivation. Packages paid via credit/debit cards are automatically re-subscribed on next due date. To insure proper credit please put your user ID on your check.
Service stopped for non-payment will carry a $8 re-activation/late fee. Service suspended will carry a $10 re-activation fee.

Paying for three or more connections under the same account ( parent ) entitles the purchaser to a 10% monthly discount.
To Cancel your account - you must call or email billing@avolve.net with your name, logon name and telephone number. Partial months are non-refundable.

Routine maintenance and periodic system repairs, upgrades and reconfigurations, public emergency, acts of God, mechanical or electronic breakdowns may result in temporary service impairment or interruption of service.
Subscriber can be terminated by Avolve, Inc. for violation of unlawful practices or inappropriate materials.
